Group classes are a great way to experience the benefits of Pilates. Class sizes are limited to ten people, so that I can ensure the personal attention required for you to get the very most from your practice. There are currently six classes a week to choose from, with more coming soon. If you think Pilates could be for you, get in touch.
If you prefer a more personalised programme, long term or short term, then you might like one-to-one classes, or private small group classes. It is recommended that those who have no experience of Pilates have a one-to-one class before joining a group.
Every class works along the principles of the Body Control Pilates Method, which are concentration, relaxation, alignment, breathing, core stability, co-ordination and flowing movements. All of which means taking time to mobilise the spine, and the body’s other joints and then freeing to limbs to move effortlessly releasing tension and restoring balance. We are aiming to have you finish each class feeling relaxed, energised and just a little tiny bit taller.

COURSE DATES
The current term runs till Saturday 22 July. Classes cost £11 when you pay for the term in advance. If you join after the start of term, the fees are pro rata.
Fees are payable in advance by cheque, cash or bank transfer. If you would rather pay in two instalments, please let me know.
MAKING UP MISSED CLASSES
If you have missed a class you are welcome to join another class to make it up provided there is a space available. This system works best for everyone if you let me know that you are not going to be able to make a class, so I can let anyone wanting to make up a class know there is a space. Unfortunately, if there is not a space in a suitable class available before the end of term, you will not be able to catch up. Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next term. If you have not paid for the current block your place in the class is not guaranteed.
PRIVATE CLASSES
If you are recovering from injury, have recently had a baby, or for any reason would prefer a totally personalised programme focussed on your needs and goals, then give me a call to find out more about the benefits of private sessions.
One-to-one classes are £50 for an hour (pay for a block of six session and save 10%)
Two-to-one classes are £35 per person for an hour (pay for a block of six session and save 10%)
Baby and me postnatal package £95
Two one-hour sessions focussed on helping you to rediscover your core and pelvic floor, and keeping your spine safe during this incredible time in your life. Sessions also include a chance to practice baby massage techniques to help soothe and amuse your little newcomer. You will receive a personalised practice plan and can contact me at any time for advice. Gift vouchers are available.
